About CalcFinity
Free calculators for real estate, finance, and everyday life.
CalcFinity is an independent publisher of free online calculators. The idea is simple: handle the math so you can focus on the decision.
Why we exist
We aim to provide a fast, no-login tool for the math that shows up in real life. You can figure out what a mortgage really costs, check whether a rental property cash-flows, or see how long you've been alive in days. The site is simply clean and correct.
What we build
Our calculators fall into three broad buckets, and the library keeps growing:
- Finance & Real Estate: mortgages, rental cash flow, BRRRR, and other tools investors and homeowners actually use
- Date & Time: days between dates, hours worked, age in years and months and days
- Everyday Math: a clean basic calculator, percentage tools, and tip splitting
Every calculator is designed to:
- Run in your browser so your inputs never touch our servers
- Work on phones as well as desktops
- Show the assumptions behind the result
- Load fast, with no signup and no paywall
How we make money
CalcFinity is free and will stay that way. The site is supported by display ads served through third-party ad networks including Google AdSense. Ad revenue pays for hosting and keeps us building new tools. We do not sell your personal information. See our Privacy Policy for details.
On occasion we may include affiliate links to products we think are worth a look. Those relationships never influence our formulas or content. Details are in our Disclaimer.
What we're not
CalcFinity is a tool. It is not a professional service. We are not financial advisors, tax advisors, attorneys, real estate agents, or lenders. Everything on the site is an estimate or educational content, not professional advice. For decisions that affect your finances, property, or legal position, please talk to a qualified professional. Our Disclaimer has the full list.
Who runs CalcFinity
CalcFinity is run by a small, independent team. If you have a calculator you wish existed, tell us and we will consider building it.
