Welcome to CalcFinity. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of calcfinity.com and its calculators, tools, and related content (collectively, the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. The Service
CalcFinity provides free online calculators and reference content for real estate, finance, everyday math, and related topics. The Site is provided as a convenience and is intended for personal, non-commercial use unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.
2. No Professional Advice
The calculators, content, and information provided on the Site are for general informational and educational purposes only. They are not, and should not be treated as, financial, investment, tax, legal, accounting, real estate, medical, or any other kind of professional advice. 3. Accuracy
We make reasonable efforts to ensure the calculators produce correct results given the inputs you provide and the assumptions disclosed. You may view, print, and share links to Site content for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use, including reproduction, modification, distribution, or creation of derivative works, requires our prior written permission.
"CalcFinity" and the CalcFinity logo are trademarks of the Site's operator. All other trademarks on the Site are the property of their respective owners.
6. User Submissions
If you send us feedback, suggestions, or other communications ("Submissions"), you grant CalcFinity a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use those Submissions for any purpose, including improving the Site. You represent that you have the right to provide Submissions and that they do not violate any third party's rights.
7. Third-Party Links and Content
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources. Those third parties are not under our control, and we are not responsible for their content, products, services, or policies. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
8. Advertising
The Site is supported by third-party advertising, including through Google AdSense. Advertisements do not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee by CalcFinity. Your interactions with advertisers or their products are solely between you and the advertiser.
9. No Warranty
THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CALCFINITY, ITS OPERATORS, OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR RELIANCE ON ANY CALCULATOR RESULT OR CONTENT, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TO THE EXTENT THE FOREGOING LIMITATION IS NOT PERMITTED IN YOUR JURISDICTION, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CalcFinity, its operators, and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
12. Modifications to the Site and Terms
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the federal or state courts located in the United States, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect, and the unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and CalcFinity regarding the Site and supersede any prior agreements.
